Leistungsabzeichen „THL“ erfolgreich abgelegt

Zum zweiten Mal in der Geschichte der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Siebnach stand in diesem Jahr wieder das Leistungsabzeichen THL an. Nachdem der Aufbau sich ein wenig geändert hatte, galt es kleinere Umstellungen vorzunehmen. Diese konnten von uns schnell umgesetzt werden. So wurde die ganze Woche unermüdlich in zwei Gruppen der Aufbau zur technischen Hilfeleistung nach einem Verkehrsunfall mit eingeklemmter Person geübt. Innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeit musste die Einsatzstelle erkundet, das Unfallopfer betreut, das Fahrzeug sicher unterbaut, die Brandsicherung hergestellt und diverse Gerätschaften bereit gelegt werden. Anschließend wurden Schere und Spreizer in Betrieb genommen. Am Freitag stand dann die Abnahme auf dem Programm – es hieß mal wieder: „Löschgruppe der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Siebnach zur Leistungsprüfung angetreten!“. Zu dieser kamen die Landkreis-Schiedsrichter Hermann Lochbrunner aus Rammingen, Johann Roch aus Türkheim und Wendelin Riezler aus Mindelau. Nachdem wir den praktischen Aufbau souverän abgelegt hatten, standen auch noch theoretische Prüfungen auf dem Programm, die truppweise durchgeführt wurden. Verschiedene Geräte zur technischen Hilfeleistung mussten aus dem Fahrzeug entnommen, aufgebaut und fehlerfrei erklärt werden, z. B. Motorsäge, Beleuchtungssatz, … Beide Gruppen arbeiteten zügig, sauber und konnten weitgehend fehlerfrei die Prüfung ablegen. Am Ende gratulierte und bedankte sich Kommandant Roland Schweier bei der ganzen Gruppe für das große Engagement während der ganzen Woche. Als Vertreter der Gemeinde lud der ebenfalls anwesende Gemeinderat Wilfried Hartmann die beiden Gruppen und die Schiedsrichter zum Essen in Gasthaus Kreuz ein.
